            AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to manually add an Activity

            Step 1:  From the System Admin screen, select the Sign-in Setup module from the modules column on the left-hand side of the screen

            Step 2:  Click the Categories & Activities button

            Step 3:  Click the Add button underneath Activity

            Step 4:  Insert the Name of the Activity you would like to add into the Activity Text Box

            Step 5:  Click the Save button
