AccuTrack/AccuSQL: How to Set Off -Times from the Tutor Pad

Step 1:      From the Sign In window, click on the Tutor Pad button

Step 2:      Enter the Tutor ID

                  Enter the Password

                  Click Done

Step 3: Click on the Schedule button

Step 4:      Click Add

                  Select the From date

                  Select the To date

                  Select and drag on off time slots

                  Click Save

                  Enter reason for off time

                  Click OK

In this example, Cindy Bright is setting off time for Wednesday, December 5th and Thursday, December 6th

Step 5:      Click Close

Step 6:      (Optional) You can check the Appointment Wizard to make sure it reflects the inserted Off Time

In this example, we gave Cindy Bright Wednesday, December 5th and Thursday, December 6th off. As a result, the Off Time is not an available appointment slot
