AccuTrack/AccuSQL: Program Freezing After Student Sign In/Security Alert/Error #1429 msxml3.dll
Symptoms:
- AccuTrack/AccuSQL freezes after student Signs In to an activity
- One or more of the following errors after student Signs In to an activity:
Step 1: Sign in to AccuTrack/AccuSQL as System Administrator
Step 2: Click on Control Panel
Step 3: Click on Welcome Screen Options
Step 4: Ensure to Check the box next to 'Do not display Online Communities message at Sign In' as displayed in the image below
Step 5: Click Save
Repeat steps 4-5 for EVERY LAB (including -Default-)
Step 6: Sign in to an Activity as a student to verify that the errors have ceased and/or program is no longer freezing
