            AccuTrack: 'OLE IDispatch Exception code 0' Error

            Symptoms:

            When you launch AccuTrack, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
            OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Microsoft DB Provider for Visual FoxPro: File \\accutrackmgmt\accutrack$\accudata\sign_ins.fpt is too large...




            Cause:
            Locally stored database sign-in files become corrupted or too large.


            Resolution:
            Copy sign_ins.dbf and sign_ins.fpt files from samples folder into database folder.



            1.      
            Right-Click on the AccuTrack icon and Select Open file location



            2.    
            Open the sampledatabases folder                
            Open the Advising_Sample folder                
            Locate the SIGN_INS.DBF and SIGN_INS.FPT files
            Copy both files



            3.      
            Launch AccuTrack and Sign In as an Administrator

            4.     
            Click on the Database module



            5.     
            Click on the Database Location button



            6.    
            Click on the Show Path in Explorer button



            7.  
            File Explorer will open up to your database location in ACCUDATA                
            Right-Click and Select Paste  (You are pasting the SIGN_INS.DBF and SIGN_INS.FPT files that were copied in Step 2)             
            Select Replace the files in the destination



            8.     
            Close File Explorer and Close AccuTrack completely

            9.   
            Relaunch AccuTrack
