            How do I update a basic user profile in Accucampus?

            NOTE: There are two ways to navigate to a user profile – either from the main sidebar, or by using the search function at the top of the page.

            From the Main Sidebar

            From the Main Sidebar, hover over General.

            Click Users.

            Scroll through the list of users to find the user you need or use the look-up glass to search for the user.

            From the Search Bar

            Use the search box at the top of the page to search for the user. To do so, type in the name of the user you want to see followed by in:users. This option is only available in the browser.

            1. Once the chosen user page loads, click Edit User.

            4. On this page, the following information can be edited based on your permissions. 

            General Information - edit the user's Name, Email, Card Number, Password, and make them Active. 
            NOTE: The user's email is the unique identifier within AccuCampus. Therefore, we recommend that this only be updated via import.

            Postal Address

            Phone Numbers

            Security - edit the user's Role(s) and Scope(s).

            5. Click Save.
