How do I set what counts as an appointment once a student attends or visits in AccuCampus?

1. From the Main Sidebar, hover over Advanced Options.





2. Click Settings.





3. Click Appointments.





4. Choose the Scope to edit settings for. The default is Account, which controls the global settings for all locations. To change the scope, click Change and select the Location you want to edit settings for. Make sure to click Set Scope once the location is selected.





5. Scroll down to Count Visit Toward Appointment.





6. If desired, set a maximum amount of time for an attendee to be early and still be counted toward attending the scheduled appointment.





7. If desired, set a maximum amount of time for an attendee to be late and still be counted toward attending the scheduled appointment.





8. If desired, set a maximum amount of time an attendee must be present for the appointment before the appointment will be counted as being attended.





9. Click Save.
