Conference Tracker: Help! I cannot login! What should I do?

Unfortunately, our support team cannot provide you with your password, but we can give you instructions on how to reset your password using either the Conference Tracker website or the Conference Tracker app:

WEBSITE INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Navigate in your web browser to http://confrac.com/
  2. Click the forgot password link shown in the image below:

  3. Now enter your domain, e-mail address, and verify the screen captcha. And once done click the Reset Password button as shown below:


  4. Done! You should now be receiving an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
CONFERENCE TRACKER APP INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Open your Conference Tracker app on your phone.
  2. Enter your email address and press the Continue button.


  3. On the Password Screen, there will be a link towards the bottom titled FORGOT PASSWORD. Press this link.

  4. On the following screen, ensure that your email is correct at the top and verify the screen captcha.


  5. Once you are one, press the RESET PASSWORD link at the bottom.
  6. You will receive a confirmation message stating that an email with isntructions on resetting your password has been sent. Follow these email instructions and you should be good to go!
