            AccuSQL: 'Your Subscription Has Expired. Please Contact Support' Error


            When you launch AccuSQL, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
            Your subscription has expired. Please contact support.


            If the license key is altered, it becomes invalid and the software will cease to function.


            If you are receiving this error message when launching AccuSQL and you have verified that your license is not expired, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the error. Before beginning, make sure to have your License Activation Code available.

            1. Open File Explorer and Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\ACCUTRACK\I1569668980\SAMPLEDATABASES

            2. Select AccuDb.dat and AccuDb_logo.dat and Delete both files

            3. Relaunch AccuSQL

            4. You will receive this prompt. Click Yes

            5. Enter your License Activation Code and Click OK.
            The License Activation Code is 32 characters long and in the format: XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX
