Registering to Bid

Registering to Bid

How do I register or log in?

Registration on Equip-Bid.com is free and easy. You must become a registered bidder before you can place a bid. The login link is located in the upper right corner of the website. You may log in using either your bidder number or email address and your password.

Why do I need a Credit Card on file?

In order to place bids on the website, a valid credit card is required. Credit card information is initially for identity verification only. Registrants will be directed to our credit card processor and credit card information will be stored by the processor. The processor maintains full PCI compliance. Equip-Bid will not have access to your credit card information. After an auction is complete a bidder can then pay online for their purchases with an easy click of the "pay now" button.

Why do you need my contact information?

Bidder contact information is used for a variety of purposes — from providing you with distances to auction locations to sending you outbid notifications, winning bidder emails, and auction alerts. Maintaining the accuracy of your bidder contact information is important as bidder numbers are turned off if the contact information is found to be inaccurate.

Is my information private?

Your contact information will only be used for Equip-Bid auction-related purposes. Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell or provide your contact information to non-Equip-Bid entities. Please see our privacy policy.

Terms and Conditions

Each auction will have specific Terms and Conditions that you must agree to before placing a bid on that auction.

How do I update my account information?
