What if I am not getting emails?

            EQUIP-BID sends out the following emails:

            1. Outbid notifications. 
            2. Invoice notifications. 
            3. Password Reset Requests. 
            4. Promotional Emails and Auction Notifications.  

            To make sure you never miss an email from us, please add the following email addresses as contacts in your email service: 

            support@equip-bid.com        (For outbid notifications and invoice notifications)

            marketing@equip-bid.com   (For informing you of all the new auctions)  

             Always check your spam/junk mail folder.  Sometimes emails can end up in there.  Usually you can adjust your settings so that emails from equip-bid.com will come to your inbox.

            To manage your email preferences, navigate to your Account Page while logged into EQUIP-BID.com.
