Isn’t it a bad idea to put more plastic out into the environment?
It is never a good idea to leave anything out in the field without a plan to get it back. We encourage all of our users to always retrieve devices that they deploy. Our enclosures are made from plastic, but we have done our best to reduce the environmental impact of their manufacture. Enclosures can be reused for other purposes (it makes a pretty neat lunchbox) or they can be sent back to us for proper recycling.
