For technical queries it's always best to email us on support@sonocent.com or use the contact form on our website: https://support-hub.sonocent.com/

Please remember to include your Licence Key as this will help us quickly find your account and support any licensing problems.

If you're seeing an error message, then grab a screenshot and send that through to us.

For technical issues your log file may also help us resolve the issue. You can get the log from our App Menu (green button top left) -> System -> Locate User Data and send us the file log.txt (just attach the file to your email).
