The Loan Manager will send out a number of automated emails, as your students move through the process of being invited, approved and extended.

By default these emails will be sent with the reply-to address hello@sonocent.com. You can change this so that your users can reply direct to the correct address, as well as configure your institution name in the emails.

  1. Log into the Loan Manager
  2. Go To Settings

  3. Go to Institution

  4. Complete your Name, email address and Institution name as needed
