⇨ Deleting Loans
- We do not recommend deleting loans. It’s far easier to set access for shorter periods, so that you’re not left with loans that you cannot re-allocate to users.
- But in exceptional circumstances, you can delete individual loans.
- You will first need to uninstall Audio Notetaker from the user’s computer.
- Select the loan in the Loan License Manager.
- Click ‘Delete’.
- You will need to confirm that you have uninstalled Audio Notetaker from the computer and re-enter your Passcode.
