Reference Guide: 7.3 Pushing Text

If you have text in another application, such as Word, to go with your recording, you should cut and paste it into the first section, then use Push Text to divide the text up between the audio sections. Simply place the cursor in the text at the point where you would like that section’s text to end. Then choose "Push Text to Section below" from the drop-down menu on the Section button, or use its shortcut key Ctrl H, and the remaining text will all be placed in the next section. This command is equivalent to the sequence: Select to end of section; Cut; Move to start of next section; Paste.
