Overview


Students who receive our Sonocent for DSA offering will receive Sonocent Audio Notetaker for Windows or Mac, plus access to our Sonocent LINK  mobile app.

Sonocent Link has been designed to meet the needs of DSA students after consultation with DSA assessors. In addition to colour highlighting and adding photos as they record, the app can be used after classes to listen back to full recordings and for further colour highlighting. Sonocent Recorder, on the other hand, restricts playback to 5 minutes and doesn’t offer retrospective colour highlighting.


 

How do DSA students access Sonocent Link?


Using their Sonocent Audio Notetaker license key. No separate code is required. Once the student’s DSA copy of Sonocent Audio Notetaker has been activated and registered, they simply need to download the app and login.

How do I log in?

1.  Download  the Audio Notetaker software to your computer and  activate  using your unique License Key  (your DSA equipment provider may already have done this for you) .

2. On Audio Notetaker's Home Tab will be a green banner with a link through to registration. Click the link and enter your details.

3. Search for ‘Sonocent Link’ on the Google's Play Store or Apple's App Store. Download the app to the phone or tablet you will use to take recordings.

4. To log in to Sonocent Link, enter the email address you used when registering Audio Notetaker into the Username field and the last four digits of your Audio Notetaker licence key into the Password field.



What email address should I use?

It’s important that you enter the email address that you used when activating your copy of Audio Notetaker. You won’t be able to log in to Sonocent Link if the email addresses don’t match. If you are having problems activating with your email address, please  contact us .



What is my password?

This is the last four digits of the License Key you used to activate your copy of Audio Notetaker.
