How do you handle returns ?

Refunds are provided within 30 days of ordering. It is your responsibility as a drop shipper to handle your customer service and get your customer to return the product in a timely manner to our warehouse. Please make sure the customer includes the original packing with any and all associated tags, inserts, and accessories, as well as the original packing slip so that we can credit you for the return.

The cost of returning the product is yours or your customers unless the item is broken on arrival.

We do not ask for broken products to be returned but we may ask for a picture.
