What is your cancellation policy?

            Cancellation request within the 6 month period will breach contract. You may be subject to potential legal recourse and charged an additional 1.5% late fee for unpaid monthly invoices. 

            However, we understand that there are circumstances where your business will need to stop our services. The following circumstances may justify a cancellation without penalty, however, will always need upper management approval based on submitted information.
            • Bankcruptcy
            • Death
            • Court order
            • Financial Hardship

            Additional details are provided within your service contract. If you wish to submit a request for cancellation, please submit a ticket or contact your account manager immediately.
