How can I see the performance metrics for my facility's profile on GoodTherapy.org?
Once your GoodTherapy.org profile has been approved and activated, you can see accurate, real-time performance metrics for your profile at any time. To see these metrics:
- Log in to your GoodTherapy.org Dashboard here.
- From your Dashboard, click on "Profile Performance Metrics" under the "Administrative Account" section on the left side of the page.
- On this page, you'll be able to track your profile page views, how many people have visited your website from your profile, how many emails you've received through your profile, and the amount of verified calls that have been placed to the number listed in your profile. (Verified call tracking is available for Premium members only. Basic members are only able to track the number of visitors who have clicked to view their phone number).
Please note: If your statistics are not displaying on this page, you will need to enable JavaScript on your computer.
