The recorded CE web conference I'm watching stops partway through. How can I watch the rest of the event?
If you're experiencing trouble watching a recorded GoodTherapy CE event in our Member's Area, the most likely issue is that the file is not loading quickly enough to keep up with playback. This can happen if you have a slow or interrupted Internet connection. The following steps should allow you to finish watching the CE recording:

Reload the page.

Press the play button.

Press the pause button.

Wait for the file to load completely. While it is loading, you should see a dark gray color begin to slowly fill the playback bar from left to right. Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, this can take anywhere from five minutes to two hours, although it is typically closer to five minutes. If it is loading slowly, you can leave the page open while you do something else and come back to it once it has loaded.

Once the playback bar has completely filled, click on it to navigate to the part of the event where you would like to resume playback.
Many of GoodTherapy's archived CE events have written transcripts available. If a recorded event has a transcript, you can read it by clicking on the link at the bottom of the recording page that says "Click here to read a transcript of the event."
