In order to share the contact labels with a person on their Gmail address, you simply need to follow the steps below:

Note: It will only work if you have the Enterprise Plan.

  1. Simply hover over the contact label that you would like to share and click on the share icon

  1. Now enter the @gmail.com address of the person you would like to share the label with and click on Share

  1. In the next screen you will notice an exclamation mark next to the name/email of the person that says Invite Sent if you hover on it. It means that the Gmail address has not signed up for Shared Contacts for Gmail and they have received an email inviting them to sign up and access the shared label

Here’s what the invite email looks like:

  1. Once they sign up, they will be able to access the shared contact label in their Google Contacts manager with the same permission that you have set for them.

That’s it, now they can easily access all the contacts under the shared label from their personal Google Contacts account.

This is how easy it is to share your Google Contacts with any free Gmail user using Shared Contacts for Gmail.
