Generating Reports

Various types of reports can be generated from the Reports module. To generate a report go to the reports module by clicking "Reports" from the top menu as shown below:

In the Report module, select the type of report from the drop-down list "Template". Various reports available in your account will be listed here.

Select the vehicle from the "Object" drop-down list.

Next, you have to choose the time interval for which you need to generate the report. There are preset time intervals available as "Today", "Yesterday", "Week" and "Month".

If you click "Yesterday", a report will be generated for a period starting from 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours on the previous day, i.e. Yesterday.

To generate a report for any specific date, click the "From" and "To" boxes to open the calendar and choose the date that you want the report for as shown below:

After you select the date, click "Execute". The report will open on the bottom of the right panel as shown below:

On the top right of the report, you will find options to save the report as pdf, excel or to print the report as shown below:

Since historical data is available for a maximum of 90 days, it is advisable to generate reports periodically and save them. If required, we can send you periodic reports by email for your record keeping purpose.
