How To Process The Payments From The Clinic?
The previous article has covered the payment option that patients may use for completing their appointment with the doctors/clinics for the services availed. (To read the article CLICK HERE). While some patients may prefer paying directly at the clinic or perhaps were unable to complete the online payment successfully while booking the appointment.
This article discusses the option of processing the payment using the patient's credit card details on their visit to the office.
STEP 1
Log in to the business account, and select the submenu "Booking History" under the menu "Appointments".
STEP 2
Search for the appointment for which you desire to process the payment, and click on the "$" icon in front of the appointment. Refer to the below image for more details.
STEP 3
This will open the payment page, as the below image shows. You will need to enter the card details of the patient and then click on the "Pay" button.
STEP 4
Click on the "Print" option as the below image highlights to download the copy of the invoice.
STEP 5
To find the payment history, look for the submenu "Payments" under "Appointments". You can view records of all the payments received by the clinic here.
