Trigger For Social Media Leads

Social Media ads provide greater visibility and help in getting more traffic to the website or attracting more leads to the seasonal offers. Every lead that is generated during the social media ad campaign is also captured inside the Growth99+ account naming the respective social media channel as the source.

The Growth99+ account is already configured with triggers to send such leads a "first contact" email. The screenshot of the trigger and the sample template is below.

 


The trigger is designed to send an immediate SMS  and email to every lead that gets "Pulled" inside the Growth99+ account from the social media ad.



For a successful conversion, it is important to continue the engagement with such leads. Scheduling a more customized email and SMS after a few days and keeping up with the customer engagement is something the triggers tool inside your Growth99+ account can help you with.

Once we have the templates in place, it's time to set up the trigger. For our discussion, we are setting up one email to be sent on the 2nd day of the lead submission, and an SMS template after 4 days.

STEP 1
Login to your Growth99+ account and click on the "triggers" menu. Next, click on the "Create Trigger" option.




STEP 2
We have named the trigger based on its purpose, this will help us to identify it at a future date. 



The lead source is "Facebook" as we are targetting the Facebook leads in this trigger.



STEP 3
We have selected the option of selecting the email first, the target is "lead" and the template we intend to send is selected next.



STEP 4
In this step, we select the schedule for the email since we wish to send it on the 2nd day, we select as "After 1 day".



STEP 5
To send an SMS, select the option of "Add another condition", and choose the option of SMS and the template of choice.



STEP 6
Click "Next" to set the schedule for the SMS, here we have chosen to send it on the 5th day, so we have kept the option as "after 4 days".


You can choose to add more templates and schedule them each by following the above steps, once completed, click on the "Submit" button on the bottom right to set this trigger.
