How-To: Use GSMcall Fax Portal

Login to GSM Call Fax Portal

1- Point your Internet browser to 'PBX_name.gsmcall.com/admin' to go to the PBX splash screen. Replace 'PBX_name' with your company 's name.
2- Start logining to the fax portal by clicking on the fax icon that is on PBX splash screen as shown in the below picture.



2- Once click on the icon, use the credentials that GSM Call provided you to login as show in the below picture.


3- After successful login, you will be presented with the home screen which has a menu on its top and the fax lines status bar as shown in below picture

Sending Faxes

1- Click on the "Send Fax" Icon to start preparing the fax you wish to send. You will be presented with a form that gathers fax related parameters; e.g. Fax file you want to send, phone numbers to send your fax to and the details of the cover letter as shown in below picture.

2- Start filling the phone numbers to which you want to send your fax to in box #1.
3- Then, upload the file that you wish to send by clicking on "Choose File" shown in box #2. You can only upload file formats of extensions (TIFF, PDF or txt) with each file of a maximum of 20 MegaBytes.
4- Then, in box #3, enter the details you wish to appear on the cover letter. These data will only appear only if you check the mark in front of the "Use Cover Letter" option as shown in the above example.
5- Then, click send at the end of the form.
6- After clicking on "Send" watch the status of your fax progress either on the Fax Line status (refer to picture #3 - Fax Lines) or by clicking on the "Outbox" icon (refer to picture #3 - Meny Bar icons). Below Pictures shows an example of the change in "Fax Lines" and "Outbox" as a result of sending a fax out.






Faxing History

1- To check the fax history, click on the "archive" icon on the menu bar. You will be presented with the following form.


2- By default this form will show all sent out and incoming faxes to your account (refer to box #2, in above picture, "search list results") above clicking on the "Archive" icon.
3- If you wish to search with a specific criteria of date or search just for the sent out faxes, use box #1 (refer to above picture) and set your search criteria then click on "Search". Then, your results will appear in box #2 in the above picture.
