If you have received a recent CMA from a Real Estate Agent or a formal valuation report

If you have received a recent comparative market analysis (CMA) from a Real Estate Agent or a formal valuation report, you can help us improve the accuracy of your HomesEstimate. To do this to your home, follow these simple instructions:

  1. Login to your account

  2. Find your house on homes.co.nz

  3. Click on "Update this HomesEstimate" under the HomesEstimate on the property page

  4. Enter the required details in the form

  5. Submit the form and the HomesEstimate request will be reviewed by our team within 3 - 4 working days.

Please note you will be required to attach a copy of either a CMA prepared by a licensed Real Estate Agent or a Professional Valuation from a Registered Valuer.

Our team will review each request individually so there may be a delay of up to 3 - 4 working days before the HomesEstimate is updated on site.
