How do I correct the Capital Valuation once a new value has been calculated by Council?

Homes.co.nz receive property files from the councils on a regular basis, generally monthly.  If, however, you have had a new valuation done on your property and it is out of the normal cycle you are welcome to ask homes.co.nz to update the valuation.

Should the valuation be visible on the relevant council website, then email help@homes.co.nz with the address and this will be done within 48 hours.

Alternatively, if you have a Valuation Reassessment report, feel free to email that to help@homes.co.nz and the value will be updated within the 48 hours timeframe.
