'Fair Pricing' limits for Pleo homestays

Hosting someone in at home can come with some additional costs that not everyone can take on - utilities (electricity, heating, water, etc.), cleaning products, new bedding, etc. At the same time, these costs need to be kept within respectable and affordable limits.

Pleo has therefore implemented the following Fair Pricing limits (eg. rent caps) on what hosts can max. charge per night:

  1. ENTIRE HOME - 650DKK max. / night
  2. PRIVATE ROOM - 450DKK max. / night
  3. SHARED ROOM - 250DKK max. / night
  4. EXTRA GUEST - 90DKK max. per extra guest / night
