We’re very committed to creating a safe and trusted Human Hotel environment, so even though we have never had any property damages (in our entire history), we understand that you need protection.
We have therefore created our Host Trust & Guarantee Program which will support eligible hosts for damages up to $10,000 (USD). If you experience any damages to your property, please send us a message immediately to hostinsurance@humanhotel.com and we’ll handle the case accordingly and find an appropriate method of settlement between you and your guest.
