No.
How much should I charge?
You set your own rates. However, we’ll only present you with guests worth supporting, so please support them by charging 5-10% less than you would on mainstream listing platforms.
I live in a small place. Can I still host?
Yes. You can host in a shared room, on the living room couch or on the floor of your studio. We believe all is good, as long as there’s an acceptable level of comfort and cleanliness provided.
How do I get paid?
You receive payments (payouts) by connecting your bank account to your host space using Stripe, our payout gateway. As a host, you will get paid out 24hrs. after the stay is complete.
Where can I host guests?
Host guests in your LIVING ROOM, GUEST ROOM or rent out your ENTIRE HOME. Simply choose which spaces you can host guests in when you upload your host info.
What are the cancellation policies?
You get to choose your own cancellation policy (Open, Fair, or Firm) when you upload a host space. See your policy options here.
