How do I keep track of deliveries between the buyer and owner?

It is important to follow up with both the owner and the buyer to ensure delivery/pickup of an item has been successful. You can keep track of what deliveries are coming up using the “Schedule” feature.


After you create a cart, you can add the buyer's address, name, and the delivery date and estimated time):

  • Go to Carts

  • Find the relevant cart and click the edit button under the Schedule column

  • Fill out the Delivery/Pickup Details

  • Click Submit


The list of all of the upcoming deliveries can be found on the web app under the Schedule menu. This page lists all deliveries scheduled for today and in the future, so it’s important to review this regularly.
