How do I send a cart to a potential buyer?
There are 3 ways you can send a cart to a buyer.
When you are creating your cart (by clicking ‘Add’ on items) you can:
Add the buyer’s email address to send them the cart via email right from inside Connect
Add the buyer’s mobile phone number to send them the cart via text right from inside Connect
Copy the direct link to the cart and paste it into a conversation with the buyer
You can access the cart link in 2 ways
As soon as you finish creating a cart, you can copy the link
If you need to access or resend the cart later, just go to the Cart screen, find the cart you need, click the action menu on the right side (3 dots) and either copy the link or resend it by email and/or text
How do I cancel a cart?
