What happens if my item(s) are lost, damaged, or stolen after the seller picks them up?

Once a seller picks up your items, they are considered the seller’s responsibility, including if the item is lost, damaged, or stolen. They will be responsible for making their own insurance claim and reimbursing you, based on the value of the item recorded in HYON Connect.

To ensure sellers are trustworthy, HYON is verifying and individually vetting all of our sellers. We are also developing a rating system and seller activity history (think Airbnb hosts or Uber drivers) to increase transparency for owners.
