What if a buyer wants to see an item before paying for it?

To protect sellers and owners, buyers must pay for their items before arranging pickup. If the buyer decides not to keep the item when they arrive and see it in person, they can request a refund by emailing connect@hyon.ca. Our refund policy can be found here.
