We offer hassle-free returns any time between purchase and pickup by emailing email@example.com
. Once a buyer takes possession of the item, the sale is considered complete and refunds no longer apply.
HYON will refund the buyer the full cost of the item via their original payment method.
If sale proceeds have already been disbursed to the owner and seller in the weekly payout, HYON will debit back the appropriate amount for the refunded item from the owner and seller.

What if buyers want to pay with e-transfer?
Buyers can now pay via e-transfer - it's an option on the cart and will walk them through the process. Note that (like with a credit or debit payment) they will be sending the e-transfer to HYON directly, and not to the seller.
As a seller, do I have to give out my home address to owners and buyers?
You can provide your address to owners to drop off items and buyers to pick up. But if you are not comfortable giving out your home address, you can meet at a public location to make the item exchange.
