I’m unable to connect the printer to the computer. What can I do?
If you are having trouble connecting the printer to your computer, please first make sure you’re using the Micro SD card that came with the printer. We do not recommend using the USB cord because it can cause projects to stop mid-print if the computer goes to sleep or becomes busy.
Some newer computers do not have an SD card slot, or they may have USB drivers that don’t recognize the printer. If your instructor is unable to get you connected during your next session, you’ll want to purchase a USB/SD adapter.
