How Do I Get Access to IHDE?

IHDE only grants access to our systems to users of participating facilities who have signed our contracts. Those participating facilities are covered entities who are trained in knowledge of HIPAA and patient rights.

We do NOT, at this time, have a portal available to patients.

To see if your facility is participating, check our participant list located on our website.

1.) If your facility is not participating:

Please speak with the decision makers in your facility, and direct them to IHDE's website. They can request a demo of our services by navigating to http://www.idahohde.org/get-connected/, or sign our forms and begin the onboarding process on http://www.idahohde.org/resources/documents-2/. For more information, please contact IHDE at 208-803-0030 ext 0.

2.) If your facility is participating:

Please sign our new user form and route the form to your facility's Security Administrator for approval. Once your Security Administrator signs-off on your access, they will route the form to IHDE for processing. Processing can take 5-7 business days, and login credentials will be routed via the email you provide on your form. For more information, please contact IHDE at 208-803-0030 ext 0.

3.) Who is my Security Administrator (SA):

Please speak with your location's practice manager, call IHDE at 208-803-0030, or email support@idahohde.org to find your SA.

4.) If your facility is Saint Alphonsus:

IHDE in conjunction with SAHS has updated the new user process for obtaining clinical portal access. Please refer to SAHSweb for complete details.

The request form is located on SAHSweb > Sites & Resources > Resources > SAHS > IHDE …

The Clinical Portal Training Video is also available from the same location.  You will be asked to attest to viewing the video before access will be provided.

You can scan and email the completed form with training attestation to Mellodee Springer, who is the Security Administrator for SAHS/SAMG or fax to 208-367-3952. Her signature is required to process the request.
The Clinic Manager is also familiar with this process if you need further assistance.
