IHDE only grants access to our systems to users of participating facilities who have signed our contracts. Those participating facilities are covered entities who are trained in knowledge of HIPAA and patient rights.
We do NOT, at this time, have a portal available to patients.

Please sign our new user form and route the form to your facility's Security Administrator for approval. Once your Security Administrator signs-off on your access, they will route the form to IHDE for processing. Processing can take 5-7 business days, and login credentials will be routed via the email you provide on your form. For more information, please contact IHDE at 208-803-0030 ext 0.

The Clinical Portal
Training Video is also available from the same location. You will be
asked to attest to viewing the video before access will be provided.
You can scan and email
the completed form with training attestation to Mellodee Springer, who is the
Security Administrator for SAHS/SAMG or fax to 208-367-3952. Her signature is
required to process the request.
