How do I know what User Type to choose?

Already a user?

If you currently utilize our Clinical Portal, your Type is based on how you filled out your New User Request Form.
PROVIDER: If you signed up with a HealthCare Facility and have credentials as a user with an NPI (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Physician, etc) this is the selection you should make.

STAFF: If you signed up with a HealthCare Facility and have credentials as a user without an NPI (Medical Assistant, Office staff, etc) this is the selection you should make.

PAYER: If you signed up with a Payer group and have credentials as a Clinical Portal user this is the selection you should make.

Not a User?

OTHER: If you do not have credentials for the Clinical Portal for any reason, this is the selection you should make.
