Fixing missing Dashboard days & Sales Payments days
If your Dashboard is no longer reporting and you're also missing the ability to view payments to consignors, you need to update one part of InBloom. It's a quick fix.
Click on the Main Menu
Then click Other Modules
Then click the Data Administration button
Then click Sales Days
Once you are on the Sales Days Administration screen, click
on your Mac keyboard (Control and J on PC)
Click the Sort Data blue link in the bottom middle of the screen.
A new window will appear. Make sure it says it is sorting by Date on the right hand side. Click the default Sort button on the bottom right of the screen.
Scroll to the last record (typically all the way at the very bottom of the list). It should be for a date at the end of December
Click on this row
On your keyboard, now hold down the Command and N keys if you're on a Mac or the Control and N keys if you're on a PC.
You'll see new records with dates in 2013 will start appearing.
Continue to hold the keys until you see January 1, 2014
Go back to the Main Menu and you should be good to go.
