            How to use TeamViewer for remote support

            We use a small, free, application named TeamViewer which gives us temporary access to your computer to help configure and diagnose any InBloom-related issues.

            1. Download the application from InBloomSoftware.com

            To use it, simply download the application from the support menu of the InBloom homepage: Screen Shot 2014-01-08 at 4.16.22 PM If you're on a Mac, simply click to download the file.  If you're on a PC, do not choose Run, if your browser asks and choose Save.  You can also download the file here:

            2. Open the downloaded file

            Doubleclick to open the downloaded file.  On a Mac, you may see the following:

            Click Open in the above window.  If you see an error about an unidentified developer, follow these instructions.

            3. Open the TeamViewer software

            Opening the downloaded file should display the application icon, doubleclick the icon to run TeamViewer. Screen Shot 2014-01-08 at 4.25.27 PM

            4. Tell us the TeamViewer ID & Password

            In the above example the ID is 712 113 275 and the password is 3111.  Give this info to the support rep via email or phone.
