Daytime Running Lights Genie (DRL)

The Daytime Running Lights genie does not provide the option to toggle on and off from the radio. The DRL will be disabled when the vehicle is completely shut off. If you would like to remove the DRL option it requires a "Restore to Factory Default" reset from the dealership. Please be aware that if you have another programming that was not originally in the vehicle, then the reflashed from the dealership can possibly erase other features. 

DRL is not a selectable feature in the EVIC/Radio personalization menu but can be changed with WiTech from the dealer in the CUSTOMER PROGRAMABLE FEATURE menu.
*Please note that DRL’s will only illuminate when the engine is running, the vehicle is in gear and the park brake is not set
