18 + Ford Expedition bezel heated seats/rear controls feature
This is totally normal. When you upgrade to the 18+ Expedition you will receive this bezel with heated seats, and heated steering wheel functions even if they don't have this option in their vehicle. Unfortunately for 2018 they do not offer a bezel with the 8-inch screen cutout without heated seats/wheel.
If you are worried about rear climate controls they will lose the physical buttons, but they will now be able to control it on the sync 3 screen
The rear controls should be located under climate, and then youwill have the option for rear.
