DENSO: Checking for Time and GPS Satellite Signal

DENSO: Checking for Time and GPS Satellite Signal

If you are having issues with the clock not displaying and you've gone through Settings already then, we need to verify the satellite signal.

When there is a GPS signal the clock will show. When there is no GPS signal then the clock will not show. Following the procedure below will confirm if you are getting any satellite signal. If you do not have any signal, then that is a clear indication of an antenna issue. If you received an antenna from us, please make sure that it is positioned in an area where it is getting clear signal and there is no interference. The GPS antenna cannot have metal above it, or it will cause interference.

Settings> Display> Hold the left bottom corner of the screen for about 5 seconds> Press/Enter 295660 > Navigation Info > GPS Info > Check Satellite + Time

If you are getting a GPS signal and the navigation is working but the time is still not showing, then please follow the steps below.

1. Display

2. Hold the left bottom corner for about 5 seconds

3. Enter Pin Code: 295660

4. Select "Next Page"

6. Select "Set"

7. Select  "Back"

8. Select the time on the top right corner of the screen

9. Adjust the time accordingly

10. Select Nav
