heated and cooled seats and steering wheel controls not on screen

if you upgraded from a 8" screen sync 2 radio to a sync 3 navi and had heated seats and steering wheel and cooled seats controls on the screen previously and now they are not there please contact support.   In some rare cases we have had some modules kick out the programming for the hvac controls.   We will send you another module to correct this problem.
