UNABLE TO GET THE ENTUNE APP SUITE/ VIN# DOESN'T WORK

1. Download the two Apps on your phone

  • Entune
  • Entune App Suite

2. Register with your VIN#

  • MAKE SURE THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS COMPLETELY POWERED OFF WHILE REGISTERING.
  • If your vehicle’s original factory radio did not have the “Apps” button you will need to obtain a 17-digit VIN of a Toyota vehicle that has a radio with the “Apps” button. This is needed to create an account with the Entune App Suite App on your smartphone. Locate a similar Toyota to yours online with the “Limited” trim package and use the corresponding VIN or contact our customer support department for assistance.

3. After you're done registering then power on the vehicle.

4. Make sure to connect your phone via bluetooth to your vehicle.

5. Once connected "Software Update" should appear.
