Log In to RailcarRx

Users with access to multiple shop locations

  1. Enter your E-mail address and RailcarRx Password in the corresponding fields on the Sign In screen. After your first login, the fields will auto fill with your information.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Select the desired shop location from the drop-down list.
  4. Click OK. RX opens to the home screen for the location selected. The shop location name is displayed in the top right corner of the home screen.








    Note    : You may click the Use Default Location checkbox on the sign in screen to set a default shop location. RailcarRx will open to your selected default location each time you log in. 
    If you enter incorrect login information, a message will appear to notify you there was an error in the login process.

  5. Re-enter your User ID and Password and attempt to log in to the system again. If you continue to receive a login error message after you have verified your login information, contact your RailcarRx Customer Service Representative at 877-511-7462.

Users with access to a single shop location

  1. Enter your e-mail address and RailcarRx Password in the corresponding fields on the Sign In screen. After your first login, the fields will auto fill with your information.
  2. Click Sign In. RX opens to the home screen for the location selected. The shop location name is displayed in the top right corner of the home screen.

    Note: If you enter incorrect login information, a message will appear to notify you there was an error in the login process.

  3. Re-enter your User ID and Password and attempt to 
    log in to the system again. If you continue to receive a login error message after you have verified your login information, contact your RailcarRx Customer Service Representative at 877-511-7462.
