End-of-Life: How to Schedule Playlists


Have a few playlists you want to show at different times?  If so, please read on about how to make this happen...

1. Start by having your MediaZone Pro Editor open.  You will need to go to File->Share->Send. 


2. Select your player and then Next.


3. Select your Default Playlist.  This is what will play if no other playlists are scheduled.  Select Next.


4. Select the Details tab.  You will see one item listed, the default playlist. 


5. Select Add to schedule another playlist.


You will be presented with the screen below.  Browse to the .set (or playlist) you would like to add.


6. Modify the settings to meet your needs.  In the case below the set will play from Noon until Midnight on weekdays between February 27, 2013 and February 27, 2020.


Select the Details tab again and you will now see the new playlist added to the schedule.  Select Next.


You have now successfully scheduled another playlist.  Proceed with the rest of the sending process as normal.
