Billing Overview


Getting started

When you are ready to start your service, head over to our homepage and choose your lead package to sign up.

Lead are purchased in advance, on a subscription basis; the more leads you buy, the lower the cost for each lead worked by our ISA team.

There is no penalty for exceeding the number of leads in your plan. Plan overages are billed at the end of the billing period, at the existing plan's cost per lead rate.

Calling for an individual person

If you are a solo agent or LO using our service, you will choose your plan and fill out the onboarding form to sign up. Leads called are tracked against the number of leads in the plan you choose.

Calling for multiple people or "Seats"


If you are using our service as a Brokerage / Branch as a whole, or Marketing Agency with multiple clients, it's useful to understand the concept of "seats".

A Seat consists of 1 Primary person, and 1 (optional) Backup person.  When you fill out our onboarding form, you will specify who is the Primary and if you would like to add an optional Backup.

You can bundle as many seats under your billing plan as you want. This means you can have multiple unrelated clients or Agents included under your 1 billing plan. 

Note: there is a one-time fee of $57 per seat. As long as you have an active plan with us, seats do not expire. You may purchase additional seats at any time in your billing cycle, and onboard them to begin having leads worked by our ISA team.

More about Seats

The primary on the seat is fixed, meaning we cannot change who is the Primary on a seat once the onboarding form has been submitted. Additionally, we cannot switch the Primary for the Backup in a seat; if you need to change who is the primary on a seat, an additional onboarding form will need to be submitted (a new seat is created).

Any number of seats can exist under 1 billing plan. And at any given time, you may have some seats which are actively sending us leads and others that you are not. 

What counts toward my plan's lead from a billing perspective?

The sum total of called leads across all of your seats (as shown on your call report) count toward your billing plan.

Leads are counted against a billing plan only if they have been called. Since this may be fewer than the raw leads generated, these uncalled leads don't count against you. 

Customers with multiple seats under their billing plan will receive a master call report which show the leads called across all seats in their plan. This enables transparent tracking of your leads called, for billing purposes.

Is this a monthly/recurring charge? 

Yes. You are signing up for a monthly subscription. Your leads are to be used within that month and it's on a use it or lose it model. The billing will renew automatically monthly unless you cancel in your billing portal or let our team know you wish to cancel before the next billing cycle. 

How do I cancel my billing plan?

You can upgrade / downgrade or cancel your plan at any time and without any hassle. When you purchase your plan, you will get an email with an invitation to your secure billing portal.

How do I upgrade / downgrade my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?

Any overage accumulated within a billing period prior to upgrading or downgrading get billed at the existing plan cost per lead rate.

Which plan should I choose?

We recommend choosing a plan with a lead count that you are confident you'll consume within the monthly billing period, since there are no penalties for going over your plan.
