What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, the cancellation charges are below:

For direct bookings through Love Self-Catering:
If the cancellation takes place between:
  1. 0 – 13 days before arrival 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the customer.
  2. 14 – 27 days before arrival 75% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the customer.
  3. 28 – 55 days before arrival 60% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the customer.
  4. 56 days or more before arrival the deposit will be forfeited by the customer.

Please note the initial booking deposit and booking fee is non-refundable. If you require a cancellation confirmation letter for your travel insurance company, please contact us – we are happy to assist.

For bookings placed on third party OTA's:

If you placed your booking through a marketing channel such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, TripAdvisor etc, the cancellation and refund policy on the channel that you placed your booking on will apply to your booking. 

It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges.
