Camera not detected


We recommend this article for IT members of schools or districts.

If a message indicates that the camera is not detected or if the calibration screen is a blank white screen, we recommend that you follow these steps one by one to resolve the problem:

Lü 2nd generation












1. Ask the IT department of the school to validate if Windows OS is on the last Windows 10 update available.

2. Restart the Lü application.

3. Shutdown the computer by pressing "win" on the keyboard and select "shutdown". When the screen will display a "HDMI 1 no signal", press the space bar a few times until the computer boots 
(you can try this step a second time).


4. Turn off the computer and the projector. Then, turn off the breaker on which Lü is installed for at least 2 minutes and turn it back on.


Lü 1st Generation










1. Ask the IT department of the school to validate if Windows OS is on the last Windows 10 update available.

2. Restart the Lü application.

3. Restart the computer (you can try this step a second time).

4. Turn off the computer and turn off the breaker on which Lü is installed for at least 2 minutes and turn it back on.
